Born in Cambodia, she was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She worked as an assembler for U. S. Surgical before retiring.

Sopheap Muth Chea of Branford died Tuesday June 29, 2021 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was the beloved wife to Kim Yean Chea.
Sopheap was born April 5, 1943 in Cambodia, daughter of the late Samuth and Mok Mean Phan.
She worked as an assembler for U. S. Surgical before retiring.
Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Kong Chea, Sophea Chea, Mono Chea, Soben Chea Hak, Sophal Chea and Merica Chea; and her eight grandchildren.
Visitation and services are Friday July 2, 2021 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. Burial will follow in Branford Center Cemetery.
