The UniteCT mobile bus will be at the Community Dining Room May 20 from 9 to noon for people who need computers, help to apply for aid.

BRANFORD, CT - Behind on rent, utility bills because of the pandemic? Need help in navigating the process to get that help? Get on the bus.

The UniteCT mobile bus will be in Branford at the Community Dining Room May 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. There, people can use the computers on board to sign up, and get help doing it.

A state department of housing program, the $235 million UniteCT initiative provides rental and utility payment assistance to those qualified households who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of the program is in part to help stabilize Connecticut’s rental housing market.
