Pieces Get New Life At Finds And Re-Designs

Patty Goldfeder is excited to have a storefront to share her design talents as she gives new lives (and looks) to furniture and other home accessories.

Whether it's rewiring and painting a lamp or reupholstering furniture with the help of the Naccarato Upholstery -- the business she leases her space from at 4 Brushy Plain Road-- Patty loves giving a piece a new look.

She shares more about her passion in the video.

In addition, Patty can help customers pick out paint and fabric for their rooms and remodels. Her most recent project was updating a 1970s-styled house on Martha's Vinyard from top to bottom and getting it ready for the rental market.

"I really enjoyed this project because we decided on a nautical theme and had a lot of fun with it without making it too hokey," she said. "I have remodeled/decorated kitchens, bathrooms and most rooms in the house."
