Thunderstorms Possible Wednesday In Branford

BRANFORD, CT — Storms are possible Wednesday morning and afternoon in Branford, according to the National Weather Service.

Chances of rain will start after 2 a.m. Wednesday with a 50 percent chance of showers, the Weather Service reports. Temperatures will drop to around 58 degrees.

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible all day Wednesday in Branford, but skies will stay partly cloudy with a high near 77 degrees. A 60 percent chance of rain is predicted for the area.

Showers will taper off throughout the latter half of the week, and skies will be clear by Sunday, the Weather Service reports. A high of 73 degrees will occur alongside mostly sunny skies.
