Who's In The Market For A Python, Parakeet, Pigs, Or Chinchillas?

Dog adoptions were hot during the pandemic, but we're thinking (almost) Post Pandemic, how about letter P pets: pigs, parakeets, pythons.

Baby guinea pigs are among the fairly uncommon animals up for adoption at the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter along with a Ball python, a pair of parakeets, a bunny, chinchillas and mice.

BRANFORD, CT —It's not all dogs and cats, you know. How about a few chinchillas? Or pair of parakeets? Maybe a python is more your thing?

At the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, it's almost like a trip to the zoo. If you're in the market for a new, and interesting, or slithering, small or chirpy, pet, now's the time to visit.

The shelter has a ball python, a pair of parakeets, baby guinea pigs, a friendly rabbit and three chinchillas, nicknamed the Golden Girls.
