2 Taken To Hospital After 3-Car Crash In Fairfield
Two of the people involved in the crash were hurt "due to the severity of the collision," according to the Fairfield Fire Department.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Two people were injured in a three-car crash Friday evening in Fairfield, according to fire officials.
The incident occurred at Kings Highway East and Villa Avenue, the Fairfield Fire Department said about 7 p.m. in a Facebook post. Two of the people involved in the crash were hurt "due to the severity of the collision," and were taken to area hospitals, according to the fire department.
A photo included in the department's Facebook post showed two of the three vehicles, both of which appeared to be heavily damaged.
