Pasqual Montes-Santos, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to have insurance and following to close on Nov. 30 at approximately 4:26 p.m.
According to police, Montes-Santos was taken into custody after his 2002 Volkswagen struck the rear of a vehicle at a stop light at the intersection of South Benson Road and Post Road in Fairfield.Â
