American Cancer Society Seeks Real Men Wear Pink
Four Men Recognized by Fairfield First Selectman for Past Work
The American Cancer Society is seeking prominent area men who will take a stand against breast cancer by supporting the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer through participation in the Real Men Wear Pink of Fairfield County campaign. Throughout the month of October, Real Men Wear Pink candidates will encourage women in their lives and in the community to take action in the fight for a world without breast cancer.
Earlier this year, four men with ties to the Town of Fairfield were recognized by Fairfield First Selectman Michael Tetreau at a ceremony in Fairfield’s historic Town Hall for being Real Men Wear Pink candidates in 2016. They included: Steven D’Amico, Vice President of The Forte, Mason, D’Amico Group, Wealth Management; Tim Coughlin, Maserati Sales Manager of Miller Motorcars; Attorney Michael Burdo, Partner of Bansley, Anthony, Burdo, LLC; and Joseph Barbetta, Retirement Planning Specialist of The Connecticut Group.
