Dog Found At I-95 Rest Stop In Fairfield
Animal control officials say it's possible the dog was abandoned.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Animal Control is trying to locate a lost dog’s owner. The male Pomeranian (pictured) was found at the I-95 South rest stop on Wednesday, May 9. Officials say the dog may have been abandoned based on the location. Anyone missing the dog is asked to contact the Fairfield Animal Control at 203-254-4857. If unclaimed, the dog will be advertised and will be available for adoption eight days after it was advertised, according to the animal control.
