Dog Found Roaming In Fairfield, Owner Sought

Animal control officials say the dog, who is very friendly but scared, is walking with a limp.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Animal Control is asking for help locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog, a male silky terrier, was found roaming on Park Avenue in Fairfield on Oct. 8, according to the animal control.

“He is very friendly but scared, he has a limp and a possible injury to his back leg/end area,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “No micro chip was found. If you know someone who might be missing him please call the Fairfield Animal Shelter at 203-254-4857.”
