Driver Sought In Fairfield Hit-And-Run: Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — Police are seeking the public’s help to find a hit-and-run driver.

About 3 p.m. Monday, a white SUV was traveling east in the 300 block of Old Post Road when it struck a parked car, police said. The driver was a young, white woman with blonde hair, according to police, who said the woman was seen using her cellphone at the time of the crash.

Police believe the woman was driving a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and noted the SUV would have sustained damage around the front right bumper.
