Fairfield Barber Club And Spa To Host Ribbon Cutting

FAIRFIELD, CT — Downtown Fairfield newcomer Kennedy’s Barber Club and Spa will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday. The event is set for 12:30 p.m. and will be officiated by First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick, according to a news release from the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.

Kennedy’s, located at 1330 Post Road, mixes hairstyling with day spa amenities. The club offers monthly memberships for men’s hair, facial and waxing services, as well as women's blowout, facial and waxing services. The spa also offers monthly memberships and daily use of infrared sauna booths, sensory deprivation tanks and a thermal infrared cocoon pod. Walk-ins are also welcome.

The club offers signature men’s haircuts that include straight razor blocking and styling, followed by a hot towel neck and shoulder massage. Both parents and children can get haircuts from stylists Nini Afonso and Nadine Torress, with special pricing for kids.

The idea behind Kennedy’s of Fairfield is to offer an opportunity for a personal vacation. In the members waiting area there are two massage chairs. Every aspect of the club and spa follows strict sanitary practices and staff wear personal protective masks at all times.
