Fairfield-Based Bigelow Signs 8-Year Lease On Warehouse In Orange
The tea company will use the more than 40,000-square-foot facility to expand its storage and distribution capacity.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Bigelow Tea has signed an eight-year lease for a warehouse in Orange, according to a news release from commercial real estate services firm Vidal/Wettenstein LLC.
The Fairfield-based tea company will use the 41,600-square-foot facility at 35 Executive Blvd. to expand its storage and distribution capacity, according to the news release, which was posted on the firm's website Thursday.
“I am happy to continue to grow in the state that I love and call home and am looking forward to being part of the Orange community,” said Cindi Bigelow, third-generation president and CEO of the family owned company, in the news release.

Bigelow manufactures Constant Comment and more than 150 varieties of tea. The company was represented in the warehouse transaction by Bruce Wettenstein, of Vidal/Wettenstein. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Dillon represented the landlord, GTJ REIT Inc.
