Fairfield Business Moves To New Office

FAIRFIELD, CT — A longtime Fairfield business is relocating to accommodate a recent expansion.

Accounting and consulting firm Knight Rolleri Sheppard CPAs LLP has executed a long-term lease for just under 9,000 square feet of office space at 2150 Post Road, according to a news release from Southport real estate firm Angel Commercial LLC. The accounting and consulting business will occupy the entire fifth floor of the building.

Knight Rolleri Sheppard has been in Fairfield for 36 years. The move was prompted by the firm’s expansion — a result of a growing client base — and will bring the nearly 51,000-square-foot office building at 2150 Post Road to 100 percent occupancy

“The Fairfield County office market vacancy rate is up to 26 percent, but in the town of Fairfield, the office vacancy rate is 5 percent," said Eva Kornreich, vice president of Angel Commercial, in the news release.

Knight Rolleri Sheppard is relocating from 1499 Post Road, and hired Kornreich to negotiate its new lease and to sublease its former office space, consisting of 3,150 square feet.
