Fairfield Property, Business Owner Talks Expansion Plans

Pat Santangeli, the owner of the plaza at 2000 Black Rock Turnpike, has 2,000 square feet of commercial real estate available located next door to his classic-American restaurant, the Bear and Grill.

"I think a yogurt place would do well," Santangeli said, adding that a beauty salon would also work well at that location.

Corners, a picture framing business, left the plaza two years ago and the European Wax Center took over half of that retail space, he said.

Rent for the 2,000 square-foot property is negotiable, said Santangeli, a lifetime Easton resident.

The plaza has room for expansion, though, as a second floor can be added, Santangeli said. The plaza can accommodate a total of 10,000 square feet of commercial real estate.

Ideally, there would be offices on the second floor, but Santangeli said a retail business could also work on the second floor.

What business do you think would work well in the vacancy at 2000 Black Rock Turnpike?
