Fairfield Family Donates Books, Games for Children of Cancer Patients

The John Patrick Flanagan Children’s Corner at Bridgeport Hospital has been replenished with new books and games provided by the Fairfield family whose 2009 gift created the play area in the hospital’s Norma F. Pfriem Cancer Institute.

The Children’s Corner was established in memory of John Flanagan, a former patient who lost his battle against a rare form of cancer in 2008.
