Fairfield Man Charged Following Altercation

Fabrice Proust, 45, of Fairfield, was charged with disorderly conduct on September 13 at approximately 5:32 p.m. following an incident on Wormwood Road in Fairfield.

According to police, Proust was involved in an argument when he grabbed a women’s arm and her hair. There were no injuries reported.

Proust was released on a written promise to appear, given conditions of his release, and is schedule to appear in court on September 16.
