Fairfield Men Charged With Failure to Appear
Both men turned themselves in after missing previous court dates.

James Graceski, 47, of Fairfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Oct 16. at approximately 7:30 a.m.
According to police, Graceski turned himself in on an arrest warrant stemming from a missed court date for a Feb. 2012 disorderly conduct charge where he allegedly was intoxicated and hit another man.
Graceski was released on $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23.

Charles Niznansky, 25, of Fairfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Oct. 15 at approximately 2:10 p.m.

According to police, Niznansky turned himself in on an arrest warrant stemming from a missed court date for an Aug. 2013 charged of driving with a suspended license.
Niznansky was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 15. Â
