The man, who was trespassing in a Fairfield neighborhood, also had a firework, according to police.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A man was arrested and charged recently in Fairfield after he was seen staring in people’s windows while in possession of a knife and a firework, according to police.
Sean Daniel Silos, 46, of Bridgeport, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon — a felony — as well as illegal possession of fireworks after the April 26 incident, police said, adding Silos was also issued an infraction for trespassing.
Emergency personnel received a call 8 p.m. from a Rodgers Road resident who reported a stranger was walking on neighboring properties and staring in windows, according to police. The resident said the man was behaving oddly, staggering and possibly under the influence, police said. When officers arrived, they found Silos in the backyard of a New England Avenue home with a Milwaukee knife that had a 5-inch blade and an M-80 firework, according to police.
