New Eatery Opens At Former Swanson's Fish Market In Fairfield

Under the guidance of owner, Fred Kaskowitz, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, FRED 06825 proudly features fresh, wholesome, and healthy options as well as comfort foods that you can enjoy in your home or office. No matter the occasion, Fred Kaskowitz and his team – Executive Chef David Johnson and Sous Chef, Catlin Rissman – create “On the Go” gourmet freshly made dinners, sandwiches, salads, prepared foods, tantalizing desserts and beautiful and delicious Platters for all occasions.
State Representative Cristin McCarthy Vahey, who represents much of ZIP Code 06825 in the Connecticut General Assembly, welcomed proprietor Fred Kaskowitz to the Town of Fairfield. An official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for May 2018.
