Grand Marshal's Ball to Honor Peter Carroll
Greater Bridgeport St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee to present Sash and Jacket to Peter Carroll
The Greater Bridgeport St Patrick's Day Celebration Committee is hosting the 2019 Grand Marshal's Ball on Friday, January 18 at 7 PM at Vazzano's Four Seasons in Stratford. Peter Carroll, a longtime Stratford resident, is the 2019 St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshal. Carroll is Business Manager of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 488, President of the Fairfield County Building Trades and a member of the well-known philanthropic family. He will be presented with his official green jacket and sash.
The Chairperson of the event is Lisa Carroll Fabian. This dinner-dance is a major fundraiser for the St. Patrick's Day Parade held in Downtown Bridgeport. Live Music will be performed by the popular band the Highland Rovers. The evening includes: Cocktails (Open bar), Dinner, Dessert, Coffee, Raffle, Bagpipers, and more. Tickets to the semi-formal dinner-dance are $100 with tables of 10 available for $1,000. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
