FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Public Library is updating its strategic plan for library services, and, as part the process, is seeking community input through a survey, according to a news release.

The library is looking for both patrons and those who don't use the library to answer the survey, which addresses the following questions:

  • If you visit the library, what services do you use?
  • If you’re not a patron, why not?
  • Do you check out physical books and movies or do you tend to download content on your electronic device?
  • Does your child or teenager participate in the summer reading program?
  • Do you participate in virtual programs via Zoom?
  • What would you like to see the library offer to the adults, teens and children?

By completing the survey, available through March, residents can help the library strengthen its role in Fairfield. Patrons who finish the survey and submit an email address will be entered in a raffle for a Fairfield Community Gift Card.
