Make Healthy Soups, Catch a Movie

Here's what's going on in and around Fairfield on Wednesday, Oct. 23:

• Visit the New Britain Museum of American Art next week without leaving town! Museum docents will guide you through exhibits using Skype technology at the Fairfield Library.
   
  
• Join Tri Embrace and learn how to make healthy soups that celebrate the autumnal harvest. Sample soups rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients and get an understanding of the various foods and spices that can truly support your immune systems. 

• It’s a half-day for teens, so when school lets out early, head to the library and catch a movie and eat some pizza.
