FAIRFIELD, CT — A Huntington man was charged last week after a woman called police in the early morning hours to report that he was outside her bedroom window, according to law enforcement.

Christopher A. Decarvalho, 41, was charged with second-degree stalking, second-degree breach of peace, violating a criminal protective order and narcotics possession, police said.

The woman called authorities about 5 a.m. Friday after her home surveillance camera activated, and she saw the silhouette of a person next to her bedroom window, according to police. When officers arrived at the home, located near the Bridgeport border, they found Decarvalho hiding near the window and arrested him, police said.
