Man Flees Shed, Evades K-9: Fairfield Police

Patrols and a K-9 unit searched for the man, but did not find him, according to Fairfield police.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A man evaded police Monday after fleeing a Fairfield resident's shed, according to law enforcement.

A woman who lives on Castle Avenue reported about noon that a stranger had been in her backyard shed before fleeing empty-handed, police said. The man was about 20 years old, had curly brown hair and was wearing khaki shorts, according to police.

Patrols and a K-9 unit searched for the man, but did not find him, police said.
