While stopped for a traffic light at Kings Highway East and Chambers Street, the man behind the wheel of the GMC — Garcia — showed a black handgun, tapped it on the window of his SUV, racked the slide of the weapon, and pointed it at the other driver, police said.
The driver making the police report took a picture of the GMC and its license plate, according to police. Garcia acknowledged involvement in the incident but denied displaying the gun, according to police, who said a weapons check revealed Garcia had a pistol permit and semi-automatic firearm.
