New Restaurant Opening In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — Construction is underway for a new restaurant that will bring an upscale dining experience in a classic tavern setting to Fairfield this summer, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports David Snyder and Ted Vincent are opening Brick Walk Tavern at 1275 Post Road in a renovated space that formerly housed both the Bagel King and Hana Tokyo.

The restaurant’s menu will feature classic tavern food “with a twist” along with desserts created by a pastry chef, according to the Post.
