His attorney, Eugene Riccio, told Patch that Pomeraniec has not yet entered a plea in the cases.

"We are in the process of obtaining information regarding these matters," Riccio said.

The Connecticut Post reports that one of Pomeraniec's accusers recorded audio of an alleged assault by the psychiatrist.

Fairfield police reportedly received as many as 12 complaints by former patients of alleged sexual assaults or unwanted sexual comments by Pomeraniec, according to arrest warrants.
