Plans Call For Vacant Bank Property In Fairfield To Become Restaurants

An application has reportedly been submitted to the Town Plan & Zoning Commission for the site at 1320 Kings Highway Cutoff in Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A property at 1320 Kings Highway Cutoff in Fairfield, which formerly held a Bank of America location, could become three restaurants, under a proposal before the Town Plan and Zoning Commission, the Connecticut Post reported.

Combined, the three restaurants would measure about 5,000 square feet, with one of the eateries reportedly planned as takeout only.

The current structure on the property, which housed the bank, reportedly measures about 5,400 square feet. It would be torn down for the new, slightly smaller structure.
