Police: Fairfield Driver Drunk, Speeding, in Wrong Lane

Joshua Bergmark, 35, of Fairfield, was charged with DUI, speeding and failure to drive to the right on Nov. 20 at approximately 1:07 a.m.

According to police, Bergmark was observed traveling on the wrong side of the road and speeding on Riverside Ave. in Westport.

Bergmark was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 27.
