Joseph ?Jay? Galluzzo, age 60, died at home on Aug. 27, 2025, after a 20-month battle with glioblastoma. A dedicated professional and avid skier, golfer, hiker, traveler, music enthusiast, and lifelong sports fan, he approached every day with energy and connection.

Margery B. Hood, 82, passed away peacefully on Aug. 12, 2025. She worked for many years as a legal secretary and was dedicated to her faith and church, and is survived by her sister Dorothy of Colorado.

Janet C. Christie, 92, passed away on Aug. 16, 2025; a graduate of Vassar College in Microbiology, she pursued cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Yale before later working alongside her husband at Howard Johnson?s and the Greenwich Workshop. An energetic and social presence, she filled her days with tennis, skiing, golf, bridge, quilting, and gatherings with family and friends.

John Clarke ?Jack? Williams, age 95, passed peacefully on Aug 17, 2025; he served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War, spent most of his career with the Overhead Door Company of Norwalk, and was dedicated to woodworking, building projects, and volunteering through church and Masonic lodge.

Robert Stewart Walin, 95, died on Aug 25, 2025, in Southport, CT; he was a U.S. Marine veteran, former Shell Oil real estate executive, and later a respected antique dealer known for his expertise in early American furniture and folk art. An avid outdoorsman and lifelong athlete, he enjoyed fishing, boating, cycling, coaching youth sports, making Nantucket lightship baskets, tying flies, and tending gardens and trails.

Alfred (Al) James Kelly, age 64, passed away suddenly on Aug. 11, 2025; a graduate of Fairfield College Preparatory School and the Bridgeport Engineering Institute, he worked as a Master Electrician and later as an Electrical Engineer, most recently with Nead Electric in East Rutherford, NJ. He devoted his time to scouting as a Cub and Boy Scout leader, served on school building committees, and led Adult Bible Study at North Park Baptist Church.
