School Bus Rear-Ended In Fairfield
There were 13 children on board at the time, but no one was injured, according to Fairfield police.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A school bus with 13 children on board was rear-ended Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
The crash occurred about 3 p.m. on Ludlowe Access Road, when a vehicle rolled into a bus after the driver's foot slipped off the break, police said. The collision happened at a low speed due to traffic congestion and no one was injured.
A police school safety unit was at the scene, as were school representatives, according to police.
