Charlette Gore, 24, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 9 at approximately 10:07 p.m.
According to police, Gore attempted to steal $238 from the self-checkout at Super Stop & Shop, 1160 Kings Highway Cutoff, Fairfield.
Gore was released on a written promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov 12.Â
