Taste Of Fairfield Returns This Weekend

Via Taste of Fairfield: FAIRFIELD, CT — Love great food and drink, entertainment and family fun? Well, Taste of Fairfield has that and more when it returns for its fourth year on Sunday, Oct. 13, in the tented patio area of the Delamar Hotel in Southport.

Fairfield Magazine, part of multi-magazine media company TownVibe, created the event to celebrate the local restaurant and food scene. Taste of Fairfield takes place rain or shine, from 1 to 4 p.m., and new this year is a special VIP Preview hour from noon to 1 p.m. for VIP ticket holders, which includes valet parking. The event benefits and showcases charity partner Norma Pfreim Breast Center, celebrating its 20th year.

Foodies, families, and other fun-loving folk can enjoy tastes and sips from more than 35 restaurants and specialty markets from the Fairfield area. In addition to fine cuisine, craft cocktails, wine, craft beer and sweets, there will be live music from local favorite Ellis Island, and a returning special guest, psychic medium and “Domestic Diva” chef Lisa Marie Rollieri from “Angel Speaks,” giving “Angel Readings.” There will be a few pop-up shop vendors selling gifts, jewelry, décor and beauty products. Fairfield Moms is presenting the kids area with sweet treats and food, a bounce house, entertainment, a take-home craft from AR Workshop, face-painting, and more.
