FAIRFIELD, CT — Two teens face charges in connection with a car burglary in Fairfield, according to police.
Isaiah Valentin, 18, of Bridgeport, was taken into custody April 21 and charged with second-degree burglary, attempted sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing, police said. The pair were charged after a Linley Drive resident called police about 1 a.m. to report three males had entered her car, law enforcement said. Officers found the trio — including Valentin and the 16-year-old — hiding in a backyard on Melville Avenue, according to police, who said the third person the woman reported seeing fled law enforcement.
