Tire Slasher on the Loose in Stratfield Neighborhood

Church Hill Road residents were plagued by a slasher Sunday night -- a tire slasher, that is.

One resident reported that sometime between 8:30 p.m. Sunday and 2:40 a.m. Monday, two pairs of tires on two separate cars parked in front of the home were slashed, totaling $600 in damage.

A neighbor reported a similar incident, and a patrol office found that two tires were slashed on the passenger side of a car parked in front of a third home.

This is under investigation.
