“The site consists of approximately 2 acres of land in a (Designed Commercial District) zone that permits greater density than the existing structure formerly occupied by Joe's American Bar & Grill Restaurant,” Angel Commercial President Jon Angel, who represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction, said in the news release.
The seller, SERRE LLC, owned the property for decades, and sold it after the closure of the restaurant, which rented the site.
