Vaccine Clinics For Kids 12+ To Be Held This Week In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Health Department is announcing two Pfizer vaccination clinics this week for those 12 years and older.

• 5-8 p.m. Thursday
• 2-7 p.m. Friday

Located at 100 Mona Terrace in the gym of the senior center.

If you are scheduling an appointment for your child who is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and complete the parental consent form ahead of time and bring the completed form with you to the clinic. The form can be found here: https://bit.ly/2RMocuj.
