Wakeman Announces Fall Programs, Pre-Season Hours, Open House
Open House to be held Tuesday, August 27th from 5:30-7:30pm; After School Program, Girls Basketball and many other programs now registering!

Wakeman Boys & Girls Club’s Southport Clubhouse welcomes families to drop in for its Open House Tuesday, August 27th from 5:30-7:30pm. Families of current members, incoming members and potential members are welcome to tour the Club with staff and teen volunteers of Wakeman’s Keystone Club. Gym games, gameroom challenges and craft projects will be available for families to participate. Directors will also be available to answer questions and assist with registration. The Southport Clubhouse’s newly re-designed Fall/Winter Program Book was recently mailed to all members is available at www.wakemanclub.org or at the Southport Clubhouse. The Club is currently accepting registrations for Girls Junior Basketball League (6th and 7th-8th grade), After School Program and Bus Transportation from all Fairfield Elementary & Middle Schools (3rd-8th), Flag Football Leagues (3rd-8th), Fall Birthday Parties (1st-5th), Art Classes, CPR/Babysitting (6th-8th) and much more! Registration for most programs is available online, in-person or by phone. League registrations are online.
The Clubhouse will be open extended summer hours during the week of August 26th including Monday 9:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-7:30pm (including Open House), Wednesday/Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.
