FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield woman was charged with prostitution for the second time this year after a monthslong investigation, according to police.
Bianca Garnett, 29, of Rosemere Avenue, was arrested Monday and charged with several prostitution-related offenses after neighbors complained about men trespassing in yards to get to Garnett’s home and creating a spike in area traffic, among other things, Fairfield police said in a news release.
“We want to thank the concerned residents who reached out about this illegal activity going on in their neighborhood,” Chief Christopher Lyddy said in a statement.

Police arrested Garnett in May on a charge of prostitution. Neighbors continued to complain about men regularly coming and going from her home, police said, adding she marketed her services through online advertisements.
Garnett was charged with prostitution, attempted prostitution and two counts of conspiracy to commit prostitution, police said. Her bail was set at $50,000 and she remained in custody as of Wednesday, according to court documents. Her next court date is set for Feb. 2.
