CUSTER PARK, IL — A 28-year-old Braceville man faces felony charges of aggravated driving under the influence following an ATV crash that injured another person May 22 on Smiley Road in Custer Park.

The Will County Sheriff's Office arrested Cal Testin, and the criminal complaint states that the Braceville man was driving a Polaris ATV last Saturday in Custer Park "when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in great bodily harm or permanent disability" to another man. The complaint states Testin was operating the ATV while under the influence of alcohol and that "was a proximate cause of the injuries."

Testin was also cited for several driving infractions including illegal transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene, failure to reduce speed and failure to give aid, court documents show.
