BRAIDWOOD, IL ? Louis Goode, the 37-year-old son of retired Will County judge Carla Alessio Policandriotes, was picked up over the weekend by the Braidwood Police Department in connection with allegations of making fake 911 calls to the authorities.

On Monday, the Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow filed two counts of disorderly conduct against Goode. According to the criminal complaint, Goode "transmitted ... to a public agency, the Will County Sheriff's Office ... and reported that an individual had a knife to her throat, knowing such communication was false."

Goode's disorderly conduct happened on Sunday, his charges show. Braidwood police delivered Goode to the Will County Jail by 4:20 p.m. that day. On Monday, around supper time, Goode walked out of the jail after posting 10 percent of his $5,000 jail.

Goode also spent time in the Will County Jail last year and in 2021, his jail records show.

To fight the disorderly conduct charges, Goode has retained attorney Bob Bodach of the downtown Joliet law offices of Tomczak Law Group. That law firm marked a major victory last Friday at the Will County Courthouse when lead attorney Jeff Tomczak's client, Erin Zilka, was found not guilty of felony aggravated DUI charges in connection with the January 2020 death of her passenger, off-duty Berwyn police officer Chuck Schauer.
