Child Pornographer In Diamond Arrested By Braidwood: Complaint

BRAIDWOOD, IL — A 68-year-old Diamond man was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with felony child pornography charges. A Braidwood Police Department resulted in this week's arrest of Manuel Ramos, whose was set at $100,000 by Will County Associate Judge Fred Harvey.

The criminal complaint, filed Monday, indicates that on July 28 Ramos had a digital image on his cell phone containing a partially nude girl under the age of 18 having oral sex with a grown man "thereby depicting a child whom the defendant knew or reasonably should have known to be under the age of 18 ..."

Ramos remained in the Will County Jail on Wednesday unable to post bond to regain his freedom.
