Fatality Victim Identified After Crash With Semi Near Minooka

MINOOKA, IL —A local radio station is reporting that Friday night's fatality victim at a rural Minooka intersection was a 22-year-old resident from Plano. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded to the 7 p.m. T-bone crash involving a semi-trailer and a car at Sherrill Road and O'Brien Road.

According to the WCSJ news radio station, 22-year-old Sebastian Aguilar was dead at the scene. Two of his relatives, 30-year-old Denise Aguilar and 29-year-old Juan Aguilar, were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, the radio station reported.

The semi-trailer was driven by a 60-year-old man from Wayne, Nebraska. He was traveling with a 55-year-old woman, also from Wayne, Nebraska. The occupants of the semi-trailer were not injured, according to the radio station.
