Lallos Is Open, Moves Past Furnace Problem
A Channahon strip mall had to evacuate Tuesday morning because of smoke problems inside the building for Lallos.
CHANNAHON, IL — On Tuesday morning, the tenants of a popular Channahon strip mall were all evacuated and Channahon fire engines responded to the scene. The furnace for Lallos Bar & Grill & Family Restaurant was the problem, according to WJOL. On Wednesday night, Patch made a visit to the strip mall and saw that Lallos was open and had a packed crowd on hand.
One of the managers told Patch that her business was given the go-ahead to remain open on Tuesday and there was never any fire at the restaurant.
