Local gymnasts to compete at the AAU Gymnastics Nationals

Eight local gymnasts from GymDynasty Gymnastics & Tumbling will be heading this summer to Orlando, Florida to represent Team Central at the AAU Age Group Nationals at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The team will be traveling along with their coaches, Michelle Condon, Lindsay Freese, and Janelle Russell to the competition.

The gymnasts hold several local, state, and district championships on each of the individual events and have worked together to bring home several team awards. They are looking forward to bringing home more titles for Team Central, GymDynasty, and themselves.

The gymnasts have participated in various fundraisers throughout Channahon, Minooka, Joliet, and neighboring communities. The gymnasts are appreciative of the generosity and support provided by those that have contributed to help the GymDynasty team and those headed to the National competition. They offer thanks to both Channahon and Minooka Casey's General Store, Jewel-Osco, Wal-Mart, Ace Hardware, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Panda Express, Portillo's, Potbelly Sandwiches, Minooka Collision Center, Inc., Over the Moon Salon, and Von Holten Eyecare.
