New Realty Office Opens In Coal City

COAL CITY, IL - A Coal City realty office that has been open since the summer was welcomed to the community by the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce recently. Lori Bonarek Realty opened in July at 640 South Broadway Street and employs 15 agents and one administrator.

The new business is a "full-service real estate brokerage that caters to clients using state-of- the-art technology, sophisticated marketing plans, and old-fashioned hard work," according to the Chamber.

The agents who work there have a combined experience of more than 100 years.

The owner, Lori Bonarek, has "a passion for hard work and ethics that drives her success and her expertise, intuition, and commitment to client satisfaction makes her highly sought after,” said Managing Broker James Ludes.

The office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

“We couldn’t be happier to have them be a part of our community and look forward to working with them,” said Grundy County Chamber of Commerce Membership Director, Samantha Yeager-Walrath.
