Troy Community School District 30-C is pleased to announce that Sarah Wells will fill the position of Educational Technology Coordinator beginning July 1. Wells was appointed by the school board at its April meeting.
Wells earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in Speech Communication and her Master in Curriculum and Instruction degree, both from Concordia University.
She also has endorsements in English Language Learning, Gifted Education and as a Technology Specialist.

Most recently, Wells served as 4th grade teacher and an ACE teacher at Troy Hofer Elementary School. Previously, she taught 5th grade at the Maercker School District 60 Maercker Elementary School and at the Westmont School District 201 C.E. Miller Elementary School.
As Troy’s Educational Technology Coordinator, she will enhance, engage and advance student success at every grade level and provide professional development for teachers on integration of technology into their classroom curriculum. Wells will also be responsible for evaluating software and technology tools for students and staff.
