Jill Krysinski, with William B. Orenic Intermediate School, also will help develop the camp

William B. Orenic Intermediate School science teacher Jill Krysinski has been chosen as Program Director for a new STEAM Summer Camp to be held at Lewis University at Romeoville this summer.

The camp will be run by Krysinski and others with the foundation, “After the Peanut,” which Krysinski says will offer hands-on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) activities at the university’s campus labs and facilities.

Camp subjects include STEM Fitness and Food Science, Science behind Sports, Game Development and Design, Coding and Robotics, Engineering Lab, Space Camp, Investing and Entrepreneurship, Forensics and Medicine, Art and Museum Camp, and Movie Make-up and Costume Design.
