Village Of Channahon: Springbrook Sidewalk Project Taking Place July 12-30

The Village of Channahon has awarded a contract to remove and replace displaced sidewalk and to remove tree roots causing such displacement where applicable. Working hours will be Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Parking on roadways is not allowed during working hours.

Work is expected to be completed by July 30th. Please see the project map (link) for the full scope of work.

Also, if you have a special event planned during construction (large party, garage sale, moving, etc.), please call and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience. Any underground sprinklers, dog fence, etc. must be marked by the homeowner. The Village would appreciate your patience when work is taking place in your area.
